Shipping Information

All orders are processed within 5–10 working days from the date your order is placed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and tracking information where applicable.

For international orders, please allow 5–14 working days for delivery depending on your location and local courier services.

For customers based in London, we also offer:

• Same Day Collection

• Next Day Deliveryon selected items

• Email or Direct message for Same day hair appointments along with your hair.

To arrange same day collection or next day delivery, customers must first contact us via email before placing their order to confirm stock availability.

Returns Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of raw and virgin hair products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

All hair products, including bundles and frontals, are thoroughly inspected before shipping to ensure the highest quality standards. For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, products cannot be returned if they have been opened, worn, washed, brushed, altered, coloured, or tampered with in any way.

However, if an error has been made on our end — such as receiving the incorrect item, wrong length, or a damaged product we will gladly take accountability and work to resolve the issue promptly.

To be eligible for a replacement or return due to our error:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order

• The item must remain unused and in its original packaging

• Clear photo or video proof must be provided

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will provide further instructions regarding your replacement or return process.
